Where The Sirian High Council guards the human blueprint as a whole, the Council of Light is said to have been charged with the keys: the specific geometric sequences capable of unlocking the blueprint's dormant capacities, one activation at a time.

Its work with Earth is described as ancient, threading through the temple sciences of Egypt — where Sirius governed the sacred calendar — and surfacing wherever human cultures have spontaneously produced mandalas, sacred architecture, and geometric art that functions as more than decoration.
