Star seeds, light workers, and awakening individuals of every background are said to receive their personal guidance, energetic support, and light code activations, each tailored to the recipient's unique soul mission.

In the tradition's account, the Emissaries embody the principle that planetary awakening is not a mass event but the sum of millions of individual awakenings, each requiring individual care.

The Emissaries are said to have been commissioned as a distinct body when the Pleiadian mission to Earth shifted from observation to active engagement. Early Pleiadian involvement with humanity operated at the level of civilisations — seeding ideas, inspiring movements, guarding sacred sites. The tradition holds that as Earth approached its ascension window, it became clear that the decisive work would happen one soul at a time, and the Emissaries were formed from volunteers with particular gifts for resonance with human consciousness.

Many Emissaries are described as having lived embodied human lives themselves in earlier cycles, giving them an experiential understanding of forgetting, fear, and the slow labour of remembering that purely non-incarnate beings are said to lack.
